OUR PROMISE
No games, no hidden administrative deductions, and no sliding scales. We guarantee a clean 50/50 split on the total commission, backed by a signed Protocolo de Partilha.
We keep a complete, updated property file (Caderneta Predial, Certidao Permanente, Licenca de Utilizacao, and Certificado Energetico) ready for every listing. You won't have to chase us for documents.
We strictly respect the AMI licensing rules and the agent-buyer relationship. Your clients remain your clients. We manage the seller; you manage the buyer.
Our team works collaboratively with you and the Solicitador or Notary to ensure the Contrato de Promessa de Compra e Venda is drafted smoothly and the final Escritura (Deed) crosses the finish line without delays.
PROCESS
Send your AMI license and buyer details for full lock-in. We register your buyer and confirm the partilha agreement in writing.
We coordinate fast access for you and your client. Flexible scheduling, direct communication, and full property briefing.
We co-manage the paperwork from promissory contract through to the final deed. Clean commission split on closing day.
