Before moving into real estate, Davina worked her way up to management level at two leading UK corporate travel firms, spending years solving problems quickly and keeping complex logistics on track — skills that map closely onto the coordination a property move requires. Her background in hospitality and restaurant management sharpened her ability to read what a client needs before they ask, while her time as a personal trainer taught her patience, honest feedback, and how to guide people through big, sometimes nerve-wracking decisions.

Davina also understands the property world from the other side of the table — she has owned and managed properties across the UK and Portugal, including a holiday rental, giving her first-hand insight into everything from the excitement of a purchase to the administrative reality behind it.
